Processing Time: Orders placed on WaveTechs (wavetechs.store) are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volumes, processing may be delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: WaveTechs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist you in filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
